A lawyer’s knowledge and high preparing help him more or less at procedure stages and respecting principles that rule because judging. He is submitting first of all, to law and to his profession status.

Nowadays, a lawyer, in order to build a successful career, must continuously perfect his personal qualities, prospecting the dynamics and evolution of national economy, perfectly understanding the mechanisms of the judicial phenomenon, continuous development of knowledge and competence in the field of communication and inter – human relations, flexibility and rapidity, discovering new ways to create and offer services and valuable consultancy.

This profession, though as noble as that of doctor, has always generated controversy. There is always somebody who has something to reproach them and they are many times considered heartless, mean people. This is because being a lawyer is fascinating and risky and rewarding.

There are lawyers who specialize on certain layers of law, like criminal law or commercial law.

But even then, it doesn’t mean they completely reject other cases. Most of them have done it all and still do.

In the real estate business, it is necessary that the lawyer has at least the basic knowledge on the matter. It is a rigid and technical field, which doesn’t leave place for much rhetoric. A big mouth is not enough; the defense has to be based on facts, on data, on research, so it can be successful. Study is the first step. With time comes dexterity.

A lawyer comes in hand here whenever there is litigation on property right and its accessories , like servitude and usufruct , or errors in registering the right in the land register , which transfers the right to the following person who registered it correctly , or whatever unfulfilled obligation of a party within a selling or rental contract .
